Predire Champlain had never run a single ad before us. We built the channel from zero, no pixel, no creative, no baseline. Twelve months in, August delivered 163 arrivals at $38 per patient in the chair, with 41.6% of every lead actually walking through the door.

    ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN

    01. The Background

Predire Champlain had never run paid advertising. No Meta, no Google, no funnel. Every patient came from walk-ins, referrals, and whatever the location generated on its own.

The challenge was different from a typical rebuild. There was no underperforming agency to fix and no broken campaign structure to unwind, but there was also no pixel history, no creative library, and no data on what a patient from a cold audience was worth. Everything had to be built from zero and learned in-market.

    02. The Strategy

We built the account around a single treatment rather than the full menu. Med spa accounts that advertise everything at once dilute both their creative testing and their conversion data.

Meta removed health-related interest targeting in 2022, so there is no anti-aging audience to buy. Performance comes from geography, first-party data, exclusions, and creative. We tested against those levers continuously across twelve months, and tracked every lead through to arrival rather than stopping at the form fill.

    03. The Results

August delivered 392 leads at a $16 cost per lead from $6,272 in spend. 163 of those leads booked and physically arrived, a 41.6% lead-to-arrival rate, or $38.48 per patient in the chair.

These results were published in our CPL vs CPA press release, republished on Yahoo Finance, Business Insider and AP News.

    Where things stood

    THE CHALLENGE

Predire Champlain had never run paid advertising. No Meta, no Google, no funnel. Every patient came from walk-ins, referrals, and whatever the location generated on its own.

That is a different challenge from a typical rebuild. There was no underperforming agency to fix and no broken campaign structure to unwind. But there was also no pixel history, no creative library, and no data on what a patient from a cold audience was worth.

Everything had to be built from zero and learned in-market. The goal was to build a paid acquisition channel and drive first-time patients into consults.

    The work, step by step

    WHAT WE CHANGED

One treatment instead of the full menu

We built the account around a single treatment, the non-surgical face and neck lift, rather than the full menu. Med spa accounts that advertise everything at once dilute both their creative testing and their conversion data.

    A single entry offer

The campaign used one entry offer: $79.99 against a regular price of $249.99. A single offer gives a cold audience an easy first step and gives a new account a stable baseline to test against.

    Testing the levers that remain

Meta removed health-related interest targeting in 2022, so there is no anti-aging audience to buy. Performance comes from geography, first-party data, exclusions, and creative. We tested against those levers continuously across twelve months.

    Tracking every lead to arrival

Every lead was tracked through to arrival rather than stopping at the form fill. For a new account with no history, that tracking is what turns guesses into usable data.

Where this fits in our process

    HOW THE GROWBI PROCESS APPLIED

The Growbi System connects source, conversation, appointment, and arrival in one lead journey. Its onboarding starts by mapping lead sources, qualification rules, the response process, the booking flow, and reporting needs.

For a practice starting from zero, that structure matters even more. With no history to lean on, every lead tracked from click to arrival adds to what the account knows about which ads and audiences produce real patients. Build the channel, measure arrivals, and use what is learned to steer the next round of tests.

See how this applies to other clinics on our med spa marketing service page.

    Reading the numbers

    WHAT THE RESULTS MEAN

Twelve months in, August delivered 392 leads at a $16 cost per lead from $6,272 in spend. 163 of those leads booked and physically arrived, a 41.6% lead-to-arrival rate, or $38.48 per patient in the chair.

For a practice that started with no pixel, no creative, and no baseline, those numbers are the product of continuous in-market testing. The single-treatment focus kept that testing clean, because every test was measured against the same offer.

The arrival figure is the one to focus on. A lead that never shows up costs money and produces nothing. Measuring cost per arrival keeps the account pointed at real patients.

    Practical takeaways

WHAT OTHER MED SPA BUSINESSES CAN TAKE FROM THIS

    Start narrow

If you are new to paid ads, pick one treatment and one offer. You will learn faster and your data will be easier to read.

    Track past the form fill

Set up tracking that follows each lead to arrival. Without it, you cannot tell good leads from cheap ones.

    Expect a learning period

A new account has no history. Plan for continuous testing rather than expecting the first month to show the final picture.

Use the levers you still have

With health interest targeting gone on Meta, geography, first-party data, exclusions, and creative are where results come from.

    Common questions

    PREDIRE CHAMPLAIN FAQ

No. The practice had never run paid advertising. There was no Meta, no Google, no funnel, no pixel history, and no creative library. Patients came from walk-ins, referrals, and the location itself.

In August, twelve months in, the account delivered 392 leads at a $16 cost per lead from $6,272 in spend. 163 leads booked and arrived, a 41.6% lead-to-arrival rate at $38.48 per patient.

Advertising everything at once dilutes both creative testing and conversion data. A single treatment and a single offer make it clear what is working.
