Anyone can win a month. Nuvera has run with us for two years, and August looked like most months do, 267 leads, 147 patients through the door. That's 55% of every lead physically arriving, at $58.55 per patient in the chair. The hard part in this category isn't the launch. It's still performing in year two, after the creative has fatigued and the audience has seen you.

    ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN

    01. The Background

Nuvera came to us to build a predictable stream of first-time patients for their non-surgical face and neck lift. Not a launch spike, a channel that would still be producing in year two.

That's a harder brief than it sounds. Most med spa ad accounts perform well for a quarter and then decay as creative fatigues and the local audience saturates. Sustaining volume in a fixed geography over twenty-four months is a different problem from getting a good first month.

    02. The Strategy

We built around a single treatment and a single entry offer at $69.99 against a $249.99 regular price, giving the campaigns one clear thing to sell and one clear thing to test against.

Meta removed health-related interest targeting in 2022, so there is no anti-aging audience to buy. Everything comes from geography, first-party data, exclusions, and creative. Over two years the account has gone through continuous creative rotation, the offer has held, the ads that carry it have not, and replacing them before they fatigue is most of the work.

    03. The Results

August produced 267 leads from $8,607 in spend, with 147 patients booking and arriving, a 55% lead-to-arrival rate, or $58.55 per patient in the chair. That rate is the number worth studying. Nuvera's cost per lead sits higher than a bargain-hunting account would tolerate, and deliberately so. Leads acquired cheaply tend not to show up. Optimizing for the people who actually walk in costs more per lead and produces more patients. August is a representative month rather than a peak, the account has sustained comparable volume across two years of continuous spend.

    Where things stood

    THE CHALLENGE

Nuvera did not ask for a launch spike. It asked for a predictable stream of first-time patients for its non-surgical face and neck lift, from a channel that would still be producing in year two.

That is a harder brief than it sounds. Most med spa ad accounts perform well for a quarter and then decay as creative fatigues and the local audience saturates. Nuvera serves a fixed geography, so the same people see its ads month after month.

There is a second constraint. Meta removed health-related interest targeting in 2022, so there is no anti-aging audience to buy. Whatever the campaign achieves has to come from geography, first-party data, exclusions, and creative.

    The work, step by step

    WHAT WE CHANGED

    One treatment, one offer

We built around a single treatment and a single entry offer: $69.99 against a $249.99 regular price. One clear thing to sell kept the message simple, and one clear thing to test against made results easy to compare over time.

Creative rotation as the core job

Over two years the offer has held, but the ads that carry it have not. Replacing ads before they fatigue is most of the work on this account. Continuous creative rotation is what keeps a familiar offer in front of a local audience without it going stale.

    Targeting without interest audiences

Without health-related interest targeting, the account relies on geography, first-party data, and exclusions to reach the right people, with creative doing the rest of the work.

    Optimizing for arrivals

Nuvera's cost per lead sits higher than a bargain-hunting account would tolerate, and that is deliberate. The campaign is optimized for the people who actually walk in, not for the cheapest possible form fill.

Where this fits in our process

    HOW THE GROWBI PROCESS APPLIED

The Growbi System follows each lead from ad click to conversation, appointment, and arrival, then feeds those outcomes back into campaign decisions. Booking and attendance signals let the team judge campaigns by real visits rather than lead volume alone.

That is the logic behind Nuvera's numbers. Judged by cost per lead, the account would look expensive. Judged by cost per patient in the chair, it is efficient. Measuring arrivals is what makes it possible to choose the second view and act on it.

Our med spa marketing service is built on the same principle: measure who arrives, not just who fills in a form.

    Reading the numbers

    WHAT THE RESULTS MEAN

August produced 267 leads from $8,607 in spend. Of those, 147 patients booked and arrived, a 55% lead-to-arrival rate, or $58.55 per patient in the chair.

The arrival rate is the number worth studying. Leads acquired cheaply tend not to show up. Optimizing for the people who actually walk in costs more per lead and produces more patients.

August is a representative month rather than a peak. The account has sustained comparable volume across two years of continuous spend, which is the result Nuvera asked for at the start.

    Practical takeaways

WHAT OTHER MED SPA BUSINESSES CAN TAKE FROM THIS

    Judge campaigns by arrivals

Cost per lead is easy to see, but cost per arrival is what reflects real patients. Track both, and make decisions on the second.

Keep the offer, refresh the ads

A good offer can hold for a long time. The creative around it wears out faster, so plan for regular replacement.

Expect the local audience to saturate

In a fixed geography, the same people see your ads again and again. Planning for that from day one is what separates a good quarter from a good two years.

Build on the data you own

With health interest targeting gone, first-party data, geography, and exclusions carry more weight. Your own patient data is a targeting asset competitors cannot copy.

    NUVERA FAQ

Nuvera has run with Growbi for two years of continuous spend, and the account has sustained comparable volume across that period.

In August, a representative month, the account produced 267 leads from $8,607 in spend, and 147 patients booked and arrived. That is a 55% lead-to-arrival rate at $58.55 per patient in the chair.

It is deliberate. Leads acquired cheaply tend not to show up. Optimizing for the people who actually walk in costs more per lead and produces more patients.

Meta removed health-related interest targeting in 2022. Performance comes from geography, first-party data, exclusions, and creative, with continuous creative rotation to stay ahead of fatigue.
